You will learn about the implementation of quality assurance throughout projects, as well as the importance of effective team and communication management. In addition, the lesson will address procurement execution and its planning implications, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how these elements contribute to successful project execution.
Monitoring and Controlling Process Group: This lesson will focus on performance tracking and variance management, as well as the implementation of integrated change control. You will learn about various techniques for controlling scope, schedule, and cost, alongside the application of earned value management in industrial projects. This lesson will also cover approaches for monitoring quality and risk, ensuring that all aspects of project performance are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Closing Process Group: This lesson emphasizes the essential procedures for project and phase closure, detailing the requirements for administrative and contract closure. It also highlights the importance of capturing lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and ensuring operational readiness during the handover process.
